30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at knveps@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and return instructions by email. Please do not send items back to the sender address shown on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us at knveps@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, gift cards, final sale items, and items that have been used, worn, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, except where required by law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
